NAPBS members and attendees serve Employment Screening, Tenant Screening and Security Industries, please be mindful that your audience will have company officers that serve any one or all three of the areas above.

About the Sessions
Session length will be 50 minutes and we recommend you allow 40 minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes for Q & A.
Please do not submit a proposal unless you are available during the dates listed above.
Presenter Agreement
Each accepted presenter must agree to:

Insure that the presentation matches the description that is provided in the speaker proposal.

Grant permission to NAPBS to post their session description, biography and PowerPoint presentation to the NAPBS website and use them in conference marketing materials.

Develop presentation on NAPBS Conference PowerPoint template and submit it to NAPBS by, July 1, 2013.

Proposals must not be sales or marketing orientated; they must be issue-oriented and must not highlight any individual vendor or product.

All presenters must agree to the above terms and the reimbursement policy listed below.

Selection Process
The NAPBS Conference and Education Committees are responsible for reviewing all conference proposals and determining the sessions that will present at the conference.
Proposals are individually evaluated against a set of objective criteria including the following:

Relevance to conference attendees

A well-defined topic with focused objectives
-
Logical organization of thoughts and ideas
-
Practical application of material
-
Originality of material
-
Presenter qualifications
-
Absence of sales pitch
-
NAPBS membership is not required but it is a plus when two or more sessions are rated the same.
