
In order to attend the FCRA Advanced Certification session you must purchase a seat through the NAPBS website. This is not a self-study or on-line seminar as is the Basic FCRA Certification. It is a live seminar, followed by a written exam and is only available through the Conference venue.
A few things to note about the FCRA Advanced Certification Exam:

You must have passed and currently hold the FCRA Basic Certification to be able to take the Advanced Certification session.

The Advanced Certification session and exam are only be offered at the NAPBS Conferences.

The seminar and exam focus on complex and cutting-edge FCRA compliance issues.

At the conclusion of the live seminar, attendees complete a multiple choice/true/false written exam.

The total time commitment required is approximately three hours.

Those who pass the exam are recognized during the Annual Conference.
After the Conference, for those who are NAPBS members, the FCRA Advanced Certification logo will be affixed to the names of those who passed the Exam in the NAPBS website Membership Directory.

Individuals planning to take the FCRA Advanced Course/Exam must sign up using the NAPBS website; see link to register at the bottom of this page.

The seminar and exam are only available at the NAPBS Conferences; but individuals who DO NOT plan to attend the other aspects of the Conference SHOULD NOT register for the Conference.

Individuals who ARE planning to attend the conference after the exam DO need to register for the Conference.

The Advanced FCRA Exam will be administered at the Annual Conference in September. The registration form will be available closer to the conference.
