Capitol Hill Day

On Wednesday, April 17, over 50 NAPBS members gathered in downtown Washington, D.C., for visits with regulators, senators and congressmen.  Monteserrat Miller and the team at Arnall Golden Gregory coordinated the visits with the FTC, CFPB  and other government entities.  Then participants were dispatched for visits with their elected officials.  Those visits were encumbered by the heightened security in Washington, D.C., following the Boston Marathon attacks and the threat of terrorist activity with ricin discoverd in several letters earmarked for legislators and the president.

Silent Auction

The Silent Auction at this year's Opening Ceremony raised just short of $3,000 with contributions to support the overall public policy initiatives in which NAPBs participates on behalf of the membership.

FCRA Advance Certification Exam

The FCRA Advanced Certification Class and Exam attracted 45 students all of whom passed the exam and were awarded the FCRA Advanced Certification designation.
